Backpacking New Zealand is something else. It’s wild, breathtaking, and full of adventure. I spent four months living here and travelling across the country, from Auckland and the wineries of Waiheke Island, to swimming with wild dolphins in Kaikoura and exploring the resilient city of Christchurch.
